For the enjoyment and safety of all our customers, we kindly ask all visitors to adhere to our Rules of Play:

👶 Supervision & Responsibility

• Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times and not left unattended.

• We require 1 adult for every 5 children to ensure adequate supervision.

• Da Mad Hoose does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children—parents/guardians know their child’s capabilities best and should provide appropriate supervision.

🚻 Hygiene & Safety

• Please encourage children to use the bathroom first to avoid accidents on the play frame.

• Wash and sanitise hands regularly to maintain hygiene.

• Socks must be worn at all times—shoes must be removed before entering play areas. (Socks can be purchased at reception.)

• We recommend long sleeves and trousers for play. Clothes with ropes or cords should NOT be worn to prevent injury.

🚫 Play Area Rules

• No running inside the building to avoid slips and collisions.

• No food, drinks, or sweets allowed on the play frame or in the toddler area.

• No sharp objects (e.g., badges) should be taken into play areas.

• Jewellery is worn at your own risk, and children wearing glasses should take extra care.

• Do not climb on netted walls, slides, or block slide exits.

• Balls or objects should not be thrown at anyone.

• Fighting or bullying will not be tolerated—those involved will be asked to leave.

🚭 Smoking & Health Guidelines

• Strictly no smoking, vaping, or playing with fire on the premises. Please use the designated smoking area outside.

• If you or your child are unwell or have been unwell, please do not visit for at least 48 hours. If you become unwell while here, please leave the premises immediately.

👜 Storage & Personal Belongings

• Storage boxes are provided at each table for shoes and personal items—please do not leave items where they could be a tripping hazard.

• Additional storage is available in the passage area, but Da Mad Hoose is not liable for lost, broken, or stolen belongings.

🍽️ Food & Drink Policy

• Only food and drink purchased from our café may be consumed on the premises.

• Baby food and bottled milk are welcome.

• Spillages should be wiped up immediately—please report them to staff for assistance.

🚫 Outside Food Policy

• Due to allergens and liability, outside food is not permitted. Anyone Bringing in their own food will be asked to remove it from the premises. 

⚠️ Accidents & Behaviour

• Report all accidents to a staff member so we can provide assistance and prevent recurrence.

• Report any damages (accidental or deliberate) to a staff member.

• Nappy changing and potty use must be done in the toilets or designated baby change areas—please dispose of nappies in the provided bins.

• If you notice behavioural concerns, report them to staff rather than intervening yourself.

• Management reserves the right to remove unruly children for the safety of others.

📸 Photography & Privacy

• You are welcome to take photos of your children, but please be mindful of other customers and their privacy.
