The Voe Centre Ltd offers a magical Disney Princess Party experience where children can dress up, enjoy pampering sessions including nail painting and hair styling, and take part in a tea party with allergen-friendly catering options. Our soft play area provides endless fun for young ones, and our tiara making activities add a creative touch to the day. Join us at The Voe Centre Ltd for a day of enchantment and joy in the heart of Shetland.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change, children become ill, and things happen out with our control, and you may need to cancel your soft play session. To ensure a smooth process for everyone, please review our cancellation policy below: 1. Cancellation Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. This allows us to offer the slot to other families who may be waiting. 2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost. 3. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your session without prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee. 4. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time. 5. Refunds: Refunds for cancellations made within the required notice period will be processed within 5-7 business days. 6. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will consider waiving the cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis.
